This lovely home is perfect for a family of four or a group of friends looking for a peaceful break exploring the Suffolk coast. The first of the two bedrooms is situated on the ground floor; it has twin beds and its own seating area with TV, and an en-suite shower room. Upstairs is the second bedroom containing a double bed, and a stylish family bathroom. There is also a study space on the landing with a desk and storage space should you need to get stuck into some work on your stay. Outside are two patio spaces with garden furniture, a handy drying room with changing facilities, and space to store bikes or water sports gear. The pretty village of Reydon is situated just 1.5 miles from the bustling seaside town of Southwold, though you will find a useful shop 500 metres away to pick up any bits you need. Southwold has a range of eateries, as well as a fabulous pier brimming with food outlets, shop, and attractions. Spend days sunning yourself on the sandy Southwold Beach (2 miles) and take to the water on surfboards or paddleboards.
