Sítio Guará, in Jarinu - 50 minutes from São Paulo

Sítio Guará is 50 minutes from the city of São Paulo and 30 minutes from Jundiaí. It's a retreat to enjoy with family and friends. The two cottages are separated from the headquarters, but they are very close. The idea is to have privacy and silence. The headquarters was designed to provide the coexistence of all: the complete kitchen is integrated with the dining room and the deck, which is surrounded by nature. In the living room, rest, a movie and a great conversation, reinforcing the idea of a cozy and homely atmosphere. The space 50 minutes from São Paulo, Sítio Guará is a perfect retreat to go with family and friends, rest and escape from stress. The ranch has two cottages, each with two bedrooms, and a main house with all the amenities for you to enjoy a moment of tranquility and breathe fresh air! We are surrounded by the forest that covers much of the area of the ranch - and you will feel literally surrounded by nature! The main house was designed to welcome guests, integrating the leisure area, deck, pool, living room and kitchen - which even has a barbecue and pizza oven! The water on the ranch is potable, both in the main house and in the cottages, and during the quarantine, we made a small herb garden that you can use at will. It is also ideal for those who want a quiet place to work. We offer internet with a speed of 100 megabytes, which ensures excellent navigation. Our accommodations • Chalet (each chalet accommodates 6 people, as follows): _ 1 double bedroom (king size bed) _ 1 single bedroom (2 beds and 2 bunk beds) _ 1 bathroom _ we have a crib, if you need it • Headquarters _ full kitchen; in addition to a barbecue and pizza oven, we have a sausage machine, churro machine, fryer, conventional oven, and a snack bar; _ living room with TV _ pool overlooking the lake • Location: _ we are in Jarinu, 50 minutes from São Paulo and 30 minutes from Jundiaí; the reference point is km 70 of the Edgard Máximo Zamboto highway; _ we are 1.3 km from downtown Jarinu, which is the nearest commercial point, where there are pharmacies, supermarkets and the like. • Security _ if you wish, we offer our security team to do the night round around the perimeter of the site; service contracted separately, in advance. • Housekeeper _ if you wish, we offer a cook; service contracted separately, in advance. • Animals _ small and medium-sized animals are allowed. Guest access When the guest rents the place, they can move around the area quietly. We don't share rentals with other families, so you'll have complete privacy. You can park next to the headquarters and if you need a supermarket, pharmacy or some kind of assistance, Jarinu is 1.3 km away and, already at the entrance of the city, you will find the basics to buy. Other things to note Our intention is that you have a delightful experience on the farm. To do this, we will be in contact from the moment of booking until checkout, to answer questions, and resolve any unforeseen issues that may arise. The atmosphere of the place is homely, and we really want you to feel at home!
