You are steps away from the white sandy beach, 7 different pools and many restaurants and fun activities to walk to. Relax in the lazy river pool, sunbathe at the beach or spend your day being adventurous. The space This villa sleeps 4 comfortably. One studio bedroom with a queen bed. There is a privacy wall between the bedroom and living space. Queen sleeper sofa in the living space. Free Wi-Fi, 2- 50 in smart TVs. Completely renovated spa-like bathroom with a large luxurious shower and quartz countertop. The kitchen has everything you need to make a meal featuring a refrigerator, 2 burner cooktop, dishwasher and combination convection oven and microwave. The large balcony is the perfect space to enjoy your dinner, a drink and a beautiful view. Guest access You will have direct beach access from your vacation unit. The beach is a 2-3 minute walk from your unit door. There are pools located on the Gulfside and Bayside. Access to the pools on the Bayside is just a few minutes walk across the pedestrian skybridge. Don’t forget your wrist bands. Other things to note To access all the great amenities at Destin West Beach and Bay Resort, guests will be provided wristbands upon arrival on the entry table of our unit. All guests 12 years and older will need to wear a wristband for access to all the pools and the beach. Four wristbands are provided. If any are lost, a $20 charge will be applied per band. If broken, visit the Home Association Office in suite 200 on the main floor. If you want to use the fitness center on the property, again, the manager will need you to sign a waiver and will give you a code for access to the gym.
