Parking instructions must be followed strictly. The entrance door has a remote controlled Abloy Yale Doorman smart lock for which I will provide you with a unique key code on the day of your arrival. Other things to note - The entire building is NON-SMOKING, so there is no smoking in the yard areas belonging to the building. - The apartment does not have a traditional kitchen, but the basic equipment with a water point can be found in the fireplace room. - No batteries are allowed to be charged in the apartment without supervision — not even the phone while you sleep overnight. Battery fire hazard, no fire breaks between apartments/houses in the building! - October 2025; sauna resistors and stones were renewed, ventilation and sound insulation in the apartment were improved, electric plugs were added to the fireplace room. - The housing association is very small and values tranquility, so if you have in mind for this place an evening party, a party, a wake, etc., please do not book it. - Preferably no guests outside of the reservation. But IF you want TO invite GUESTS, IT must BE ABSOLUTELY AGREED IN advance. (Extra charge for sauna guests 10e/person and/or overnight guests 18e/person.) Visiting time for non overnight guests ends at 9pm - Camera surveillance in the yard for security reasons, access for holders of shares in this limited liability company - The building's electrical main center (fuses) is in the Airbnb apartment's windshield, so there's access to it for any maintenance and emergencies. This is rare and will, if possible, be announced in advance. - Self check-in for the residence is enabled by the ABLOY Yale Doorma smart lock, which records log data, access to them is by the owner of the shares of the residence. - At night, when moving at 10pm, it's really important to take extra account of the regular residents' night time!
