The space The property is the ground floor end apartment of a magnificent stone house powered by geothermal energy. The entrance is private. The apartment includes a bedroom, shower, toilet, which are for the private use of the guests. The property has countertops, a microwave, a small refrigerator, a coffee maker, cutlery for six and other dishes. The bedroom has a landscape view of the backyard through the living room. The living room is used by the host family, but due to its limited use, we can offer our guests privacy. The dining area has access to the outside through a glass door. Outside the door is a small seating area, which is for the private use of guests. The apartment has HDTV, Netflix and a fast 395 Mbps internet connection. Guests can rent the Jacuzzi on the back terrace. The price is Sun-Thu 35e/2h and Fri-Sat 49e/2h. For those staying 2 nights, the jacuzzi is included in the accommodation 2h/day. In winter, the City of Oulu's extensive illuminated ski trail network starts in the immediate vicinity of the house, so it's a good idea to pack your skis. Ski equipment can be borrowed from the City of Oulu if needed. Try the sledding hill nearby! You have two sleds at your disposal. You can also walk to Kaakkurin ulkoilumaa, 2.5 km away. There you will find sports opportunities for every departure: There is a fitness park, fitness stairs, fitness and off-road cycling routes, as well as roller skating and miniature car tracks and more. From us, you can easily go for a walk in the forest or cycle to the beach 2.5 km away.
