The heating is solar and increases the pool temperature in sunny weather. The villa also features a sauna. The ground floor has a spacious living room with access to a large covered terrace with fireplace, where there is also a table tennis table, table football and electronic darts. The space On the ground floor there is a bathroom, separate toilet, entrance from the terrace, a double bedroom, and space to relax. The whole villa is air-conditioned and there is heating by fireplace and central heating.
