Your Refuge in the Heart of Puyehue

Hello! We invite you to spend a peaceful and comfortable stay in one of the most beautiful districts in Región de Los Lagos. The house is located in the most picturesque area of Entre Lagos. You will be meters away from Lake Puyehue and close to the most beautiful attractions of the district such as the Puyehue Hot Springs and the Antillanca ski center. Whether you are looking for adventures in nature or simply want to relax and enjoy peace, our house is the ideal place for you. The space The second floor of the house is really where you will stay. Let's start with a brief description: The kitchen: it has everything you need to prepare the best dishes and show off to your family or friends. You will find essential appliances, dishes, glasses, etc., for the number of people the house can accommodate. The dining room: you will be impressed by the table for 12 people made of native wood. It is an inheritance from our grandfather who was a craftsman. You can accommodate the whole family. The living room or lounge: it is quite spacious. You have everything you need to relax and watch TV next to the pellet stove or read a book looking out at the lake. You will find cushions to be by the fire. Small bathroom: this is an emergency bathroom to avoid going up to the third floor. Terrace: you will love the spacious terrace. You will have a table and some chairs to have some coffee looking at the lake and the volcanoes. Take the opportunity to eat some kuchen from the area! On the third floor, you will find all the bedrooms. Here is the description: Bedroom 1: It is the main bedroom with a view of the lake and a small balcony, Cable TV, a queen bed and a sofa bed. Bedroom 2: It is a smaller room but with a privileged view of Lake Puyehue. It has one twin bed and one single bed. Bedroom 3: It is a room characterized by its silence. It has a partial view of the volcanoes and lakes. A large closet and a queen bed. Bedroom 4: It is the smallest but warmest room in the house, as the stove's chimney passes through it. It has a twin bed. Main bathroom: this bathroom has a shower and a very efficient hot water system. Our water heater is one of the most modern, and you won't have pressure problems. Those who have been in southern Chile in winter know what I mean. Just give it a few minutes at the start until the water heats up, then it won't disappoint. First floor: on this floor, you will have access to the laundry room. We leave you detergent to wash your clothes when you return from your adventures. Guest access Our guests will have access to a comfortable private room within the house, while common areas such as the kitchen, living room, and bathrooms will be shared with other residents or guests. The house has three floors, and the storage areas on the first floor are not available for use. There is parking for one vehicle, with space for two more vehicles outside in a very safe area. In over 30 years, we've never had any issues in the neighborhood. At the back of the house, you'll find stairs leading to the backyard. Although it currently lacks amenities, it offers a breathtaking view. It’s perfect for enjoying a coffee or mate in the afternoon while soaking in nature. Please refrain from making fires, especially during the summer, for safety reasons. Other things to note Other important points you should know: There is Wifi throughout the house. It is 400Mbps. The house has quite a few stairs. Consider this if you are coming with people who have limited mobility. There is a good phone signal with all companies.
