Poggio degli Oleandri: cottage with pool and lots of relaxation

Independent house, for families of 4 people. Large garden and large private swimming pool, for the exclusive use of the guest. Always fresh and ventilated veranda with sunbeds, rocking chair, deck chairs, umbrellas, wood oven. Fruit trees, olive grove and lots of relaxation ...... Not far from the sea about 10 min. by car, either from Lavinio, Anzio or Nettuno. Inside there is a lounge with table, chairs, bench and sofa bed. Room with a double bed, wardrobe and bench .. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Kitchen with all comforts: dishwasher, microwave, toaster and fridge. Inside the property there are cats and a dog, who is on guard. The train station is not far away and with 50 min. you reach Rome.
