Living area onto sunny veranda with an awesome raised sun tanning deck! Two comfortable bedrooms both en-suite. Open plan living with kitchen and bedrooms all on one level. Direct access to the beach with the use of a large swimming pool. Easy walk to all ammenities. Netflix and uncapped wi-fi. The space There is a manual in the apartment with all the bits and pieces you need to know to make your holiday as easy and relaxing as possible. I live in St Francis Bay so am more often than not just a phone call away. We also have a groundsman, Johnny, at the development every week day who is always eager to answer questions and lead you in the right direction! All general information about the apartment will be found in the house manual as well as various tourist brochures and maps . Guest access You will have key access to the communal pool and easy walking access to the Main beach and all shops and restaurants Other things to note Netflix and wi-fi are available. The welcome manual in the unit, together with a range of Tourism brochures, will give you all the information you need to know about the apartment and the surrounding areas. My team of cleaners are at the development most days . The opportunity of a cleaner, with prior notice, can be arranged at a cost of R250 per day which will be charged to you via Airbnb. Our local security company, Calibre, have a guard on duty at the development from 6pm to 6am every day.
