Other things to note TERM OF COMMITMENT If the rental is for event purposes, please inform us before proceeding with the reservation, as the prices are quite different. Housekeeper and basic cook - It is mandatory to hire the housekeeper at a cost of R$200 (250 at Christmas and New Year's Eve) for 8 hours a day. From 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. with 2 hours for lunch. Parking - Vehicles must park in the appropriate area indicated for a maximum of 8 (eight) vehicles. Under no circumstances will parking be allowed on the lawn. If the number of vehicles is greater than the parking capacity of the property, it is up to the LESSEE to solve this problem in private parking lots in the city. Electronic Equipment and Appliances – The LESSEE is responsible for the maintenance and proper use of the equipment, namely: TVs, DVD, Sound, refrigerators, Microwave, Freezers and Stoves as well as other appliances, kitchen utensils, and decorative objects, being responsible for any damage caused to these goods. Furniture - The furniture cannot be disassembled or removed from its original places under any circumstances, except upon prior consultation. Saunas (Dry and wet) - Must be turned off after use, with each use being a maximum of 01 hour per day, as the equipment is sensitive to long stays. The LESSEE is responsible for the repair, if due to prolonged use, in the amount of R$ 2,000.00 (two thousand reais) or to carry out the repair before the inspection of delivery of the property. SPA – SPA for use by 6 people. A larger number of users will cause the equipment to break, and the LESSEE will be responsible for paying for the repair. It can only be turned on once a day, and remain on for 2 hours, according to technical guidelines. Use with hot water must be scheduled 4 hours in advance, time for heating, and the water remains hot for 2-3 hours. Periodic water changes subject the lessee to running out of water if the water tanks run out AIR CONDITIONING – Must be turned off when the room is unoccupied. IF A LARGER NUMBER OF PEOPLE IS FOUND AND THEY ARE NOT PREVIOUSLY LISTED, THE RENTAL FEE FOR EVENTS IN THE AMOUNT OF R$12,000.00 (TWELVE THOUSAND REAIS) PER DAY OF THE EVENT WILL BE CHARGED, IN ADDITION TO THE VALUE OF THIS CONTRACT. THIS WITNESS STATEMENT WILL BE MADE BY A SECURITY GUARD AND A HOUSEKEEPER. PETS - No pets are allowed, or a fine of R$4,000.00 will be charged. DOMESTIC SERVICES – The Lessee will pay extra for Services of 1 person for basic cooking and cleaning, throughout the stay, from 8 am to 6 pm with a 2-hour lunch break. This service costs 250 reais per day and is not optional. We need to have someone we trust to keep the house in order with maintenance, cleaning and general instructions, and this is non-negotiable. SOUND SYSTEM - The use of sound equipment must be in accordance with the legal standards of volume in a residential area, and the LESSEE is civilly and criminally liable, as well as financially, for any act that may violate federal/state and municipal laws. The fine will be passed on in the amount ranging from $5,531.24 to $11,062.48 according to the transcription of the law below,  Law 16,402, of March 23, 2016, regulated by Decree No. 57,443/16 without prejudice to the fine according to clause nine, in addition to which, they may have problems with the Police, which is always called by the neighborhood, with seizure of the equipment according to law 6938/81.
