Country cottage with pool

This peaceful and well-equipped accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family in the Normandy countryside. In the form of a horse ride, it will seduce you with its charm and tranquility. In the garden, a private (non-heated) swimming pool is available on sunny days. On the other side of the garden, a trampoline will delight the whole family (max 2 people or 130 kg) In the shared garden, you will be able to enjoy a pétanque court and say hello to chickens and goats. The space The house has 2 levels. On the ground floor you will find the large entrance with its 2 hanging armchairs, the dining room and its seating area. On the other hand, the equipped kitchen (fridge , oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker , kettle ...) and the bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower. On the first floor, which is accessed by a staircase , there is a mezzanine converted into a bedroom with access to the second bedroom. Access to the terrace is through the dining room. You can eat there and have a barbecue . In the flower garden you will find (on sunny days) sunbathing to relax around the pool. A petanque field (reserved for cottage tenants) is at your disposal in the common garden. We can lend you the petanque balls. Since 2023 , we also rent bikes / Contact us at the time of your reservation to book them Guest access The house (or gite) and its private garden are at your disposal. Access to the house is via a coast of pebbles that must be borrowed at low speed (we borrow it every day without problem). Other things to note Wifi IS free (to comply with the law , you will need a valid ID to log in) Dogs are allowed for an additional €25 for the stay Cleaning is included in the price but you will still need, before leaving , to clean everything you have used (dishes , pots, ovens ...), sweep , clean the dining table and kitchen worktops as well as the toilet . The semi-buried and unheated pool is open on sunny days . That is from mid-May to the end of September approximately
