Window (w screen), fresh air, natural light. Simple breakfast. Location, Valley Village, 10 min to Universal Studio, Warner Brothers, near Millennium Dance Studio, CBS Studios, CSUN. ENJOY! The space There is a back patio where you can sit and enjoy the day and use the pool (not heated). You enter your room (attached to main house) from the carport pool door area passing the pool. This space is quiet & calm so you can relax from the busy city day. Location is key and with many attractions nearby there are endless possibilities. PLEASE NOTE: Due to safety and liability issues, non-Airbnb-registered guests are NOT allowed in my home at any time. NO drugs (marijuana incl), NO vaping, NO smoking or parties is not allowed at any time. This is an important rule, if you book you are agreeing to my policy. Please read the house rules before you book. Guest access Guest can access backyard/patio and use the pool (not heated). (Swim on your own risk no lifeguard on duty) No access to main house outside their private room. There is two steps into your room from back patio. No access to charge electric vehicles at the property, but there are several places close by for easy charge of electric vehicle. During your stay Guests can ask as many questions they like during their stay, host is very social and travel themselves a lot. Check In will be anytime after 2PM/1400, unless Host pre approve an earlier check in, luggage drop offs, late checkouts or luggage storage requests. Checkout is at 10AM . Your room is private attached to main house and if host need to access the room you will be notified before host enters the room. The pool door and the patio door is accessed via secure lock a personal code and key access code will be provided on the day of your arrival. We welcome you fellow traveler to our family home. Please send a text for your ETA at arrival day. You are responsible to make sure host gets key back at check out. Any damage/stains/breakage to any of the items in and around the home will be an additional charge to you including a lost pool key. Other things to note The central AC, It’s controlled from the inside of the main-house NOT controlled in your private room. The air-conditioner will come on when the thermostat reach 78 degrees or higher inside the main-house. Or if it’s winter time the heather will come on when it’s 68F or colder inside the main-house. But in your room, you also have a ceiling fan that you can control for extra comfort. Steps: There is 2 steps into your room from the back patio. Breakfast: Also it would be great to know if you have any food allergies (so I can I prepare for your arrival). I have a simple breakfast basket that in general includes, 1 yoghurt, 1 fruit, 1 oatmeal bag, 1 apple juice, 1 water bottle and 1 bag of snacks. (Some if these items will be already in the mini fridge). Coffee or tea is already in your room. I need of Ironing board and iron please ask host. Host will change the towels on the 8th day and bed linen every two weeks and at this time when changing bed linen the room will be vacuumed, dusted off and bathroom cleaned.
