Best Sunset View in the Pacific

Our apartment is located just 50 meters above the Pacific Ocean with direct access to the beach and a private pool. It is a perfect place for families or friends to enjoy a wonderful holiday. The space This spacious 4,000 sq. ft. apartment is a great place for groups of friends or families to relax, lay back, and truly enjoy the beauty that the Mexican Pacific coast has to offer. The master bedroom has one king size bed, three of the bedrooms have two full size beds each, and there is one more room with one twin size bed. The apartment can accommodate up to 8 people (adults) comfortably. Maximum guest number is 10. Inside the complex, there is a private pool which is ideal for those who just want to relax with a drink, and watch the sunset.The beach is a 3 minute walk down steps, past the pool. As part of your stay here, the concierge, Luís, will be at your service. He will make your stay as comfortable as possible, and if you are looking for day activities around the area, he will make sure you are taken care of. Mari, our cleaning lady and cook, will also be at your service from 9am-4pm, (this is an obligatory service with a cost of $40usd/day). I would highly recommend you request for her to make you her fresh ceviche with local fish, as well as her fish tacos. For parties larger than 6, she will bring additional help (extra fee of $40usd/day), to make sure that the apartment is spotless and that your stay is as comfortable as possible. STRICTLY NO PETS ALLOWED Guest access Important Notice About Pacífica Resort Access. Please note that our property is located within the Pacífica resort grounds, but access to Pacífica’s pools, gondolas, vans, beach club, and other facilities is not automatically included with your stay. If you wish to use these amenities, Pacífica charges a fee of $70 USD per day (for your whole group) payable directly to them. This is a resort policy and is outside of our control. We recommend confirming access in advance if you are interested, as policies may vary seasonally and are subject to change by the resort. Other things to note Daily cleaning and cooking service by Mari is required for all reservations. • The service fee is $40 USD per day for groups of 6 guests or fewer • $80 USD per day for groups of more than 6 guests If Mari purchases groceries on your behalf, you will need to reimburse her for those expenses. She will provide receipts for all items. Please let us know your arrival time and any meal preferences in advance so we can coordinate accordingly.
