The apartment in the house Blund is located on the edge of the village of Kölpinsee of the Baltic Sea resort of Loddin-Kölpinsee. It is located on Strandstraße, which is lively on the Baltic Sea beach, but quiet here. The house is situated "between the seas", between the Baltic Sea and a large quiet shallow bottom, called Achterwasser. The Baltic Sea beach is 1500 meters away, 400 meters to the Achterwasser. For everyone usable, there is a large lawn property available behind the house, ideal for relaxing and playing. The space "GAO" has about 60 square meters of living space and is, as the name suggests, at the very top of the attic of the house. GAO has a gorgeous view of the back water and has a French balcony.
