The space The front door opens into an entrance hallway which in turn leads down to the open plan living areas. The lounge is furnished with a comfortable sofa and armchair facing the French doors, which lead to the pool terrace. The adjacent dining area has a solid wood table and 6 matching chairs. The kitchen is separated by a granite sideboard and offers all modern conveniences including a stainless steel fridge freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave and an electric oven and hob. The washing machine is housed in a handy utility cupboard nearby. The hallway leads to the first bedroom with Twin beds, which is attractively furnished with parquet floor and twin beds and has French doors leading to the pool terrace. Adjacent is a shower room with shower cubicle, vanity unit and WC. A staircase leads up to the master bedroom featuring a double bed and which is attractively decorated and furnished. French doors lead out to a private terrace overlooking the pool. The en-suite full bathroom completes the facilities. Outside, the magnificent swimming pool is bordered by a paved terrace and fragrant bushes and trees. A barbeque, a dining table and chairs are provided for alfresco cooking and dining, together with sunbeds for relaxing in the beautiful Cyprus sunshine. The Village Square with its Restaurants, Shops and children’s playground is only a couple of minutes stroll, as is the golf clubhouse and Spa. The pool can be heated at an extra charge – if required please specify when booking. Upon arrival, a credit card authorization is required. Arrivals after midnight and before 7.30am must collect their keys from the Security Gate at the entrance of Aphrodite Hills Resort. Property Details All properties are well equipped and include linen, bath and pool towels. All properties are privately owned and decorated and furnished to the owners’ individual taste. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom (except infants in baby cot). The maximum occupancy may not be exceeded. No pets allowed. Some of our swimming pools can also be heated. Should you require the pool to be heated, there is an extra cost depending on the pool size and fuel consumption and should be requested upon booking. CLEANING OPTIONS • Tidy-up of property: crockery washing, rubbish disposal, toilet and bathroom cleaning, fresh towels, new bathroom supplies, prepare beds, dusting. Guests staying in a Premium Serviced Apartment, will receive the ‘Tidy-Up’ in their property daily. • Mid-Stay Clean of property: crockery washing, rubbish disposal, toilet and bathroom cleaning, fresh towels, new bathroom supplies, change linen, detailed dusting, and patio cleaning. All properties receive the ‘Mid-Stay Clean’ in their property daily on the 3rd or 4th day, typical for a 7 night stay. • Full sets of pool and bath towels are provided in each property on arrival. These are replenished on the mid-stay cleaning. Other Resort facilities include the Aphrodite Hills Rentals Kids Club and Playground, a Tennis Academy, a Golf Academy, a Soccer Academy, a Basketball court, a Horse-Riding Club, Cycling Centre and The Retreat Spa.
