The space Eagle’s Nest is a small rustic cabin surrounded by the Ouachita National Forest. It sits on Peace Valley Road, an unpaved road leading to our secluded 70-acre rural property. Peace Valley Sanctuary is nestled on a 74-acre rural property bordering Ouachita National Forest in western Arkansas. The property offers a quiet, secluded setting surrounded by forest, mountain scenery, and wide-open space. Peace Valley is approximately: • 15 minutes from Caddo Gap • 20 minutes from Glenwood • 25 minutes from Little Missouri Falls • 30 minutes from the Eagle Rock Loop trail system • 35 minutes from Mount Ida • 45 minutes from Crater of Diamonds State Park • About 1 hour from Hot Springs National Park Cell service is limited in the area due to the rural mountain location, but strong Starlink WiFi is provided once guests arrive on property. Guests are welcome to explore the outdoor areas, including the tree swings under the large oak, the covered gazebo in the meadow, and the spring-fed pond/lake behind the large lodge building. A walking trail of about 2 miles starts near the stream and winds through the forest to a gate about 1/2 mile from the main campus. Guest access Guests have access to all parts of cabin as well as to all outside features of the 70 acre grounds of Peace Valley Sanctuary. Other things to note The bathroom is located off the downstairs bedroom. Guests in the upstairs loft will need to pass through the downstairs room to access it. Works best for families or close groups.
