The Lavayssiere Barn is a stunning converted limestone barn: now featuring an 11 metre indoor pool, a hot tub and accommodation for 10 in five bedrooms (two with four poster beds) two bathrooms, two shower rooms and two separate kitchens with French windows opening to a long limestone terrace and wonderful views across the valley to Bardigues. From a door near your bedrooms you have direct interior access to the stunning heated indoor pool and hot tub with peaceful views to the gardens beyond. The two open-plan kitchen/diner/living areas can be found on the ground floor. Upstairs are the four double bedrooms with ceiling fans and bathrooms with both baths and showers. Between the living areas a further bedroom has a bunkbed and large ensuite shower room and toilet - a great room for children. All together this stylish converted barn sleep 10 in 5 bedrooms. The 4m x 11m heated indoor pool and jacuzzi (hot tub) are connected by a door to your accommodation (no need to go out side in the winter months!). The pool is heated for year-round use. The folding floor-to-ceiling windows open to a deck in the summer months. In winter the windows afford views of secluded gardens while guests enjoy a swim. Relax and unwind in the 9-seat hot tub The indoor pool area features integrated Bose speakers run from a Sonos digital music system. Changing, toilet and shower facilities are available directly from the pool. A second swimming pool: the outside pool, is situated in the gardens beyond. With a surrounding deck and terracotta terrace, and plenty of sunbeds and parasols, this is the perfect peaceful sun trap. The outdoor pool is open from around mid May to September (assuming good weather). The tennis court is open all year round. This limestone Lavayssiere Barn where the indoor pool and hot tub are located is adjacent to the Lavayssiere House. This Lavayssiere House is also available for rent separately and sleeps 10.
