Entire floor in a farmhouse in the countryside

Our guests have the upper floor with 90 square meters to themselves. A small second front door leads upstairs. There is a kitchen-living room, a large bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, another room with a 140 cm double bed, the fireplace room, a small balcony and a bathroom with tub and shower. On the ground floor I live with my boyfriend and our 3 CATS, I cannot rule out that the curious furry inhabitants will visit you if you have the door open. The space The house was built about 200 years as a so-called Kötnerhaus and has since been in my mother's family. It has been constantly rebuilt and modernized to this day: “Your“ floor has: - real wood planks in all living rooms and bedrooms - a new kitchenette with oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, French press or filter machine, toaster and kettle For ALL residents of the house and guests there are: - the large garden with several seats and sun loungers. Guest access You enter the house through a small side entrance, a staircase leads directly up to your apartment. In the huge garden surrounded by old oaks, there are several seating areas and a large meadow where you can make yourself comfortable in the shade. Other things to note There are 3 parking spaces on our farm that we share. If all spaces are occupied, please park on the street, NOT "on" the sidewalk, but close to the curb, on the road. There are several wicker chairs and deck chairs available. (Just ask) You can use 2 normal bicycles by arrangement. You can rent 2 e-bikes for a fee. There are 3 residential units in our house: I live on the ground floor of the house, my son lives in a small separate apartment in the extension. The upper floor is available for the guests only. Every now and then our gardeners are there to make it nice for us. This can also be a little noisy (lawn tractor, leaf blower, etc.). Likewise, of course, the garden tools of our neighbors.
