City of Lakes Cozy-Quiet Retreat-Private

**Newly Remodeled** New flooring in Kitchen, Living Room & Bedroom, Paint refreshed, Updated decor & lighting. Our place is great for a couples weekend or solo adventurers getaway; an antique, boutique or thrift store enthusiast; for sporting events, ice fishing or golf tournaments. Walking distance to several great restaurants, bars & a brewery, parks, lakes & great shops. *City of Lakes Retreat's nightly rate includes cleaning service fee.* The space Guests love that our place is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood amongst a balanced mixture of homes, businesses and industry all within walking distance. In August 2020 we installed a new Central Heat & AC unit. There is a sound machine available with several settings for the perfect white noise effect. If you are traveling as a family with a little one..there is a pack n' play set up in the closet and sheets in the dresser. Guest access Guests have access to City of Lake's Retreat in it's entirety with the exception of a storage closet. **WASHER & DRYER are NOT available for guest use.** We have lovely, soft blankets for your use if you want to just cozy up and enjoy your stay. There is a fan outside of the bedroom & on the bedroom closet shelf. An iron and ironing board are located in the bedroom closet. A laundry basket is available for use if you need to do a quick load at one of the local laundromats. The kitchen has a tea kettle, coffee maker/brewer with a variety of coffee choices, hot chocolate and teas, cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes, paper towels, oil, spices & salt and pepper available. We provide hand and dish soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Other things to note City of Lakes Retreat is available only to those who are listed on the reservation itinerary. Hosting others for gatherings is prohibited without prior consent. *City of Lakes Retreat's nightly rate includes cleaning service fee.*
