Our apartment is located in the Brooklin neighborhood, a prime and safe region of São Paulo, and is on a quiet street, close to Av. Eng. Luís Carlos Berrini Avenue. With less than a 10-minute walk you are already in the Morumbi and Market Place malls, markets, bars, restaurants, pharmacies. Everything you need and more for your stay! The space The apartment is a garden type, has 54 square meters, has a covered balcony with a dining table for 6 people, a counter with a grill, and whose face overlooks a quiet village street, and the view of the Cable-stayed Bridge. You are close to everything you need, without losing the tranquility of a temporary home. The apartment is ideal for 1 or 2 people, designed for singles, couples and business travelers or for those who come on business. It has an American-style kitchen and a counter for meals, as well as an area reserved for a home office. The integrated living room has a sofa bed for 3 people, Claro TV, and 120 Mb Wi-Fi internet, and the entrance door has an electronic lock that allows remote check-in and check-out. After a tiring day, rest in the queen-size bed, and have at your disposal bedding, duvet, blanket, closet with hangers and drawers, and bath towels. The bathroom has a gas shower, glass box, mirror and hairdryer. The apartment offers basic hygiene items, personal items such as soap, toilet paper, liquid soap and a first aid kit. Guest access The condominium is super complete and all leisure areas can be accessed by guests (check restrictions due to the pandemic at the time of check-in). You can also take advantage of the parking space that is included in the price of the stay. Simply use the access badge and leave it on the windshield overnight.
