Holiday home for 10 people near Pühajärve

Environmental friendly villa in the middle of nature. Silent and beautiful natural scenery with spacious yard. Many parking places (free parking). Fireplace and very cozy atmosphere to spend a summer holiday or skiing vacation. Shared outdoor grill/fireplace in the garden. Natural swimming pond with bridge near the house. Sauna house is for additional fee (if available, 50-100eur per day, depending per season. 2 people can also sleep there (double sofa bed). No linen and towels provided. The space The distance from Otepää is 7 km and from Pühajärve 6 km. Kääriku sporting Centre and lake is 4 km away. The household is solar powered by award-winning innovative Roofit Solar metal roof and gives you lots of green energy during your stay. There are two private ponds in the territory, one for swimming (70m from the house) and with swimming bridge. The natural tap water comes from the local well, but the water is limited and has to be used economically. It is not advisable to drink the tap water, but it is good for washing, cooking, showering. Hot showers are possible, but preferably short (max 5min) in order to save the tap water. Sauna house (30m from the main house) is only available for extra cost and availability. Other things to note The water conditions vary due to season and tap water can run out if the weather is very try or consumption is too heavy. Please be economical taking shower and using tap water in kitchen. Please take your own towels and bed linen with you. The pillows and blankets are provided, but for the rest please bring your own bedsheets in order to save water in the house. If you damage something in the house or something is not working properly, please report it immediately by phone (number provided in the house). Then it can be resolved, replaced or fixed to avoid additional damage. Quests are responsible to reimburse the damages caused by them. Additional guests are not allowed.
