Upstairs: a separate toilet, large room divided into: a living room area, sofa bed (2 people), a TV, an air conditioner, kitchen area: a refrigerator-freezer, -1 washing machine, 1 dishwasher and 1 microwave, induction hob. A separate toilet. On request, possibility of sheets. Guest access Location: house (1 floor), in the city center 150 m from shops (bakery, fruits and vegetables...) and 300 m (on foot) from the central beach. Pleasant pied-à-terre close to all amenities and entertainment, without having to take your vehicle. Other things to note Booking only by the week and from Saturday to Saturday for the period of August. Pillows, blankets, or duvets are available. Tenants must bring their own beach towels. Tenants must clean the premises before departure. Household equipment is available, Electricity consumption to be expected in addition in low season price 0.17€/Kwh (from 01/1 to 15/06 and from 15/06 to 31/12).
