Delightful bungalow opposite Waterford Greenway

A renovated, detached, quiet bungalow in Kilmacthomas with amazing views of the Comeragh mountains, town and countryside from its elevated location. The perfect place for cycling. Kilmacthomas is the half-way point on the Waterford Greenway (46km of former railway line from Waterford City to Dungarvan). Entry to the Greenway is just opposite the property. Situated a two minute walk to the local supermarket, cafe, pub and fish and chip shop. No smoking. No Pets. 2 nights minimum stay. The space The property has been recently renovated to a high standard with an open plan dining area and kitchen. Double doors lead to the living room. The large bay windows and patio doors fill the place with light and allow you to enjoy the views of mountains and the surrounding countryside. The main bedroom has a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. The family bathroom has a bath with a shower over it. The driveway can accommodate up to three cars. It is advisable to reverse into the drive as it provides better visibility when exiting the driveway. There is also a free car park opposite. Please note that there are a number of steps to reach the entrance to the bungalow either by the driveway or via the path. Be mindful that the driveway is open to the roadway below and there are some areas of the garden high above the roadway which have a fence for protection. There is a smart TV which is Netflix enabled and access to Irish network channels. We have a utility room with a separate door where bikes can be kept indoors. There are no facilities for under three year olds'. Please, no hen or stag parties. Guest access Access is via a lockbox and guest have full access to the entire property.
