This is a small townhouse located 8 minutes by car from the village, in front of a protected pine forest and only 900 meters from the beach, specifically in Roche Viejo, a very nice area of pine forests.   Plus a garden area in front of the two houses, with a barbecue and an area to leave the car locked under a gate. Each house has its own separate entrance.     A quiet place to spend a pleasant and relaxing vacation. Outside there is a nice garden with furniture and a brick barbecue shared with another townhouse, and on the side of the house there is a corner with a table, chairs and a shower where you can have breakfast and rest.
