Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Children up to 10 years old free (up to 2 children for every 2 adults). Includes cleaning upon entry and exit, electricity, water, bed linen, towels. The space The house is located in a rural environment, surrounded by nature, on the slope of the Caldeira and with a magnificent view of the sea and the islands of Pico, São Jorge and Faial. Guest access Each dwelling has a living room, dining room, bathrooms and private bedrooms. Other things to note The conditions of use of the electrical equipment available in the dwelling, such as refrigerator, washing machine/dryer, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, television, electric oven, electric stove, and electric kettle, whenever used, must be ensured for their conservation and cleaning, during and after their use during the stay in the development. Instructions for using the appliances and their technical characteristics will be left in a visible place. Waste collection and disposal: waste will be placed outside the house in the garbage cans with separation for environmentally friendly recycling. If users need additional bedding or bath linens, they will have to contact the owner. The attics in this house are intended exclusively for storage, and guests are not allowed to use them. Pets are not allowed inside the house, except for guide dogs. Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
