The space Casita Pixie is the upstairs spacious studio apartment in a 2 apartment property . There is a full kitchen and private bath with shower. The front deck is large with panoramic ocean views and a resident, but elusive iguana. Lush gardens with abundant birds and butterflies surround the property. The ridge top location has cool ocean breezes . You can hear the surf at night, but only occasionally the noise of the town. The space works best for 1 person or a couple . The walk to the Square and Sayulita's downtown area, although steep, takes 5 -10 minutes. And then it is a 5 minute flat walk to the beach. The downstairs 1 bedroom apartment is Casa Pixie & can sleep 4 . Rent both units and the whole place is yours . Guest access The entire upstairs apartment and roof top viewing area are yours and separate from Casa Pixie , the 1 bedroom apartment below. Both apartments share the same street entrance down a fight of stairs to a gate. For Casita Pixie you go up a flight of stairs to the upper studio. You will have private access to the large upper front deck, the studio apartment complete with private full kitchen and bath and a roof top viewing area . There is a small back patio with a washing machine and dryer, and clothesline, that is available to guests from both apartments. The surrounding gardens our open for all quests to explore. Other things to note The streets up from the Square to the property are poorly lit and a small flashlight would be nice. We try to leave several in each unit. For light sleepers ear plugs can muffle the roosters ( and the surf if the waves are big!). Bring binoculars to watch birds, the elusive iguana , and in the winter whales in the bay .
