It is because of its excellent location, in the slightly elevated part of the beautiful small resort of Binisafua Playa, in itself privileged for being very quiet and well-kept, and at the same time close to the beach that gives it its name. You will have at your disposal a garden like the ones that no longer exist, with its extensive green lawn, the swimming pool with shower and terraces to enjoy meals outdoors and relax in luxury. Its well-kept interior creates a very pleasant atmosphere, everything is decorated with great taste and affection. There are three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with two separate beds, all with wooden floors. There are two full bathrooms with bathtubs and a very well equipped kitchen, perfect. The living room, with its ceiling fan, fireplace, and wooden furniture, is a meeting point for the whole family, where you can rest at ease from the busy day, the sun and the sea. There are two restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the house, one of them the renowned "Txoco", the small and pretty Binisafua beach is just a step away. Then there is the Binibeca Fishing Village about three kilometres away, which is not only a must-see tourist attraction but also offers a very varied infrastructure.
