The apartment is newly renovated and offers direct access to the garden. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and bathtub. Towels and hair dryer are provided. In the bedroom there is a new box spring bed and a sofa bed. The living room is spacious with a large couch and a living room wall with a TV. This apartment is a non-smoking apartment. The refrigerator is filled with a small selection of drinks that you can purchase according to the price list. The space In our apartments in "Haus Monika", you can enjoy relaxing days in the midst of idyllic nature. The spacious garden invites you to relax, linger and have a barbecue. Hiking and cycling trails start right on the doorstep; golfers will find ideal conditions at Lake Eixendorf. Swimming lakes, outdoor swimming pools and guided tours to the Schwarzwihrberg enrich your stay. Sauna, e-bikes, regional products and warm hospitality complete the offer. We offer our guests drinks in the fridge that you can use for small amounts. There are fresh eggs from the chickens. You are also welcome to test the honey and jam from your own garden. We offer New Sauna as a barrel for use for a fee of 10 EUR per person. Pre-approvals desired.
