There are security cameras on the front door and exit door in the kitchen to monitor entry and delivery of packages. The space We are taking extra care to thoroughly clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces in-between reservations. Additionally, our vacation home makes it easy to minimize person-to-person contact and isolate during your staycation by: -having a single-family, child-friendly home to isolate -offering self-check-in -having a private entrance -having an enclosed front porch with views of the Main Street -enjoying the expansive back yard with its trees, fire pit, outdoor seating, and hidden views of the river -it’s location! We are situated in-between two quiet office buildings (vacant at the moment) -it’s convenience to order ahead, walk 5-mins, and take away from local restaurants (we will leave info for you!) -offering wifi and comfortable workspaces Our home sits atop a sloped road leading to Lake Michigan. Itis a two level property with stairs. On the STREET LEVEL there is a: -living room with fireplace and large screen tv -outdoor balcony -enclosed porch -3 bedrooms (the “Garden Room” with a king bed, the “London Room” with iconic British charm, and the “Hidden Mickey Room” with a twin bed) - one bathroom with shower -convenient beverage station with Keurig machine and mini-fridge/freezer The GROUND LEVELconsists of a: -large fully equipped eat-in kitchen -outdoor patio -den with a new sofa sleeper and tv -full bathroom with clawfoot bathtub, and a laundry room with washer/dryer. Throughout the house, cozy yet contemporary decor hints at our personal connections to three of our most-traveled vacation destinations : the Midwest (Chicago), England, and Disney World! Freshly laundered sheets & towels, basic toiletries, and kitchen essentials are provided for your use. Other things to note We will provide you with a keyless lock entry code on the day prior to your arrival.
