3 BR funky style house in Kalmar

Gorgeous functionalist house built in 1949, close to the city center as well as to the beach. The bridge over to Öland is very close by (but you won't be able to hear it). The house has a lot of original details, as well as architectural features added in the 60s and 70s. We are carefully renovating it to better fit a modern life style, while at the same time making sure all the quirky charm is kept. We will invite you to feel like it is your home, because we rent it out when we are away. The space We are a family of four living in this house. The parents sleep in the master bed room upstairs, the kids have a room each (also upstairs) and then there is a guest room downstairs with a queen size bed. The living room is downstairs, next to the dinner table and kitchen. There is a smaller bathroom (without shower or tub) downstairs and a bigger one with a shower upstairs. There is also a shower and bathtub in the basement.
