My peaceful oasis sits on 3 acres, 235 feet above sea level & is in a small, quiet development. There is a sports pool, "chickee" & many outdoor sitting areas for use. These rooms will remain smoke, vape, candle & pet free! I have ROKU for television use & a DVD player in the tv for you to watch your own movies. Sign into your Netflix or any personal account you use. I have all kinds of kitchen equipment that you may use when you arrive. Just let me know on the list what you would like to borrow & I will make it available for your use. Children are welcome as long as you are fully aware, there is direct access to the pool. All of the below are shared areas. Bathroom, hall, lanai, pool, chickee, and sitting areas on acreage. Enjoy your time while you are here. 8pm lights out for Ally Sun- Thur. Just let me know what you need. In downtown Brooksville, there are monthly local events of all kinds. Music, fairs, motorcycles, blueberry etc. Downtown Brooksville has homes over 100 years old. There are still brick paved roads & a lot of history is here. There are annual Indian events & Civil War reenactments as well. Just check the calendar for when you might be interested in visiting our quaint & historic town with local haunts. Many nice local eateries & shops are downtown plus the regular chains as the county is growing. We have a bicycle & walking trail that are very much enjoyed by all. Weeki Wachee which is about 15 miles from here is an awesome place with the mermaids & waterpark. Old movies were made there in the natural spring. You can float down the river on a tube or kayak in different areas. Coney Island is close by & Elvis Presley was there back in the day. You may catch a car show. Paris Hilton even made a visit to our town. There are flea markets & the Hernando County Fairgrounds close by. I live off a 2 lane road which is up to about 5 miles into town. You definitely need a car because sidewalks are slim pickings in a rural county. Uber is an option if you want to enjoy cocktails off premise & get home safely. The laundromat is about 4-5 miles away by Subway. I reside here but will do my best to not disturb you while I am moving around in my living area. There is not a full kitchen but there is BBQ area & small kitchen appliances always available to use during your visit. I thoroughly believe in what is here when you arrive will remain here upon your departure! Respect for all of us goes a very long way. I will do everything I possibly can to make your stay pleasant.
