Crazy Cool Suite, Close to centre and 150m to sea.

This is a highly unusual space for adventurous, active people looking for something completely different. Set on two levels connected by a spiral staircase. Lounge/dining area below with a mezzanine sleeping area above with a decorative balustrade. The decor is a stunning and unusual fusion of futuristic, industrial, and floral elements. Special features include an industrial themed shower and 'steampunk' inspired kitchen area. Please check the photos for a full flavour of this unique space. The space This suite is a single open plan space set on two levels. Downstairs is a living area with a sofa, a dining area (with a circular glass table and matching chairs) and kitchen area. There is a fridge, microwave/grill, sink, kettle, toaster and crockery/cutlery (please note no hob or conventional oven). Upstairs is a sleeping area with amazing futuristic, geometric, decor and stunning decorative industrial balustrade. It is accessed via a spiral staircase. Please note this area has restricted height. Maximum height is 2m but with sloping ceilings on both sides. Please check the photos. Nothing about this room is conventional so do not hesitate to ask if anything is not clear. I will respond to any messages and requests to book as soon as I can, and usually within a few minutes. This room is very highly rated but it would certainly not suit everyone. I do not accept bookings if I am not sure that the accommodation is suited to guests' needs. So unless your booking request gives me a strong indication that you have thoroughly checked the photos and read the description then the request is likely to be refused. The bed is a conventional small double mattress (1.2m x1.9m) on a futon base. The suite is self contained with a specially designed private shower and WC. The house is in a great part of Brighton. It is in a historic area called Kemp Town Village. The house is only 5 minutes walk from the centre and 150m from the sea. It is not on the sea front but you get side views of the sea from the large bay window. Please note that this suite is on the 3rd floor. There is no lift. Guests are reminded that there is no smoking allowed anywhere in the building. No visitors are permitted to the house without prior permission. PARKING: There is on street pay parking in the area. Most of the nearby parking is limited to 2 or 4 hours. However there is also longer term parking. There are 2 options. The closest is Marine Parade, The seafront road at the bottom of my street. This option is expensive. The cost is from £5 per hour, but free between 8pm and 9am. Cost for 24 hours is about £20. This street gets very busy and you may find it difficult to find a space. A much cheaper option is Freshfield Rd. (BN2 0BJ). The cost is from £1.20 per hour but free between 8pm and 9am. The cost for 24 hours is £6-7. It is generally much easier to find a space to park and is about 5-8 minutes walk from the house. In both cases you can pay by phone so you don't need to return to the car to top up the meter. Other things to note This room suite is on the 3rd floor. There is no lift, only stairs.
