There is outdoor dining by the pool as well. Everything is provided in both kitchens — pots, pans, bakeware, serving dishes, silverware and place settings. Guest access Guests will have private access to both the main house and the guest house during their stay, including the outdoor spaces, pool area, patios, backyard, and driveway parking areas designated for guests. Self check-in is available through a smart lock system for easy arrival. Other things to note • No parties or events allowed • Only registered guests are permitted on the property • Pet-friendly for a fee of $150 per pet per stay, before fees and taxes • Exterior security cameras are installed outside only for security purposes • No indoor cameras are present POOL & HOT TUB: The pool and hot tub are professionally maintained regularly. Because this is an outdoor lakefront property, occasional leaves or natural debris may appear between cleanings. This is normal and does not indicate the pool is unclean. POOL IS NOT HEATED. VENDORS: Pool and landscaping vendors may access exterior areas periodically through outdoor gates for maintenance. SMOKING: Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. A violation may result in additional fees. PEST CONTROL: As with most outdoor lake properties in Texas, guests may occasionally encounter insects or small wildlife outdoors despite regular pest control service. ADDITIONAL GUEST PRICING: The nightly rate includes up to 6 guests. Starting with the 7th guest, an additional nightly guest fee applies.
