It stands on 5 acres and backs onto Aughrus lake. 3 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms (one which is en suite), and kitchen come dining area fully equipped with dishwasher and microwave. There is a gas barbecue, 2 beach chairs and a table tennis table in the detached garage. The washing machine and tumble dryer are also in there too. Pets allowed but not in the bedrooms. The house is a short drive from Renvyle House Hotel, the Connemara National Park and Kylemore Abbey. It is a 10 minute drive to a selection of restaurants, shops and bars in Clifden town. There is a five star scuba diving resort in Killary, 30 minute drive time.
