The place is fully equipped with utensils, furniture, kitchen appliances, SmartTV, Wi-Fi. The outdoor area also has a shower and table with chairs, there is no swimming pool. Plenty of space, accommodating 6 people very well, and can reach 8 using an inflatable mattress. (mattress availability to be checked). The entire house is for the use of the lodging, without restriction if not previously agreed upon. The property is fenced and has 2 gates, the house is fully gridded and parking is subject to availability. We provide all the keys. Other things to note During the holiday season, it is common for the neighborhood to be noisier and for people to be listening to music in two houses, or even maracatu rehearsals that eventually happen, especially during Carnival. The place is subject to the collection of extra consumption fees such as energy, gas, Internet, water, which are services related to personal consumption, which is not added to the daily rate because it is a service already taxed by the government, and it is not legally correct to pay the site's service fee in this amount, the payment request is sent by the platform. By default, we do not offer bed linens. There are some in the property, but they are an extra, if they are stained or smell of storage they can be washed in the property. We have no obligation to provide basic cleaning and hygiene items, but we try to do our best to offer everything.
