The space Situated on 10-acres just outside Fredericksburg, this property boasts several buildings. The two homes are each a 3 bedroom, 2-bathroom with a total capacity to sleep 13. The largest building on the property, the Schoolhouse, is open by request of our on-site property manager for tours, dinners, and recreation (please see our list of complimentary and additional amenities for more details). The two homes offer a full kitchen and a kitchenette. Adjacent to the Schoolhouse is a fire pit and a pergola for outdoor gatherings. Guest access The two homes have full access to them at all times of the day and night. They are accessed by either lockboxes with a key inside or an electronic lock with a code. The Schoolhouse is available only when the property manager is on-site and according to our complimentary and additional amenities offerings. The property itself is fenced and secured by an automatic electric gate accessed by an entry keypad. Other things to note Our property is located in a rural setting where animals such as deer roam and nights become quite dark compared to the city.
