Apartment 2+1 with a garden and a garage in close proximity to the Church of St. John of Nepomuk (UNESCO World Heritage Site) in a quiet residential area. Fully equipped for short and long-term stays, ideal for a pleasant holiday. In the case of business trips/using FKSP, we will issue an invoice. We welcome our guests in person and wish them to feel their best. The space There are two rooms (comfortable beds, sofa beds, desk, WIFI), an interesting bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, a large entrance hall with storage space, a cozy kitchen with a unique view of the pilgrimage church on Zelená hora. The apartment is located in the quiet zone of Žďár nad Sázavou. Guest access You have the whole apartment to yourself, it is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building. Street parking or parking in a nearby parking lot is unlimited, we offer a brick garage (50 m from the apartment). Other things to note The nearest restaurant is a 6-minute walk, as well as a café in the Castle area; the nearest Quanto store (2-minute walk) and BILLA (5-minute walk), wine shop (5-minute walk). In the immediate vicinity there are bike trails and hiking trails suitable for attractive hiking trips; a footbridge around the Konvent Pond, Ždár Castle, Pilàk Recreation Area, Martin Koukala Ski Resort (cross-country skiing), the largest pond in the Vysočina region, Velké Dářko, is a 30-minute bike ride away, Vysočina Arena in Nové Město na Moravě is a 13 km drive away.
