Quaint and serene space in PXV

Enjoy your stay in our warm and welcoming home, just minutes from vibrant Phoenixville. This detached home with driveway allows you to enjoy separation from town while being close enough to easily access all that the area offers. You'll be close to town, shopping and highways all in one. While sharing the house, you have your own bathroom in a quiet home. Enjoy our small koi pond and say hello to our two cats. We aim to make the space feel like your own. We look forward to hosting you! The space Welcome to our home! You will have easy access with a keypad entrance. The bedroom is on the first floor with it's own refrigerator and coffee maker. The bathroom is in the hall but not shared. There is a small dresser and cloths rack for easy storage of clothing. The TV is for your streaming access. We have a wonderful small koi pond. Feel free to relax with our koi! There are two indoor cats. You will share the space with myself and my adult child. I love sharing time with others and look forward to hearing your stories! If you are more private just let me know. I have hosted for years and have really enjoyed my guests and look forward to meeting you. Other things to note We have two loved cats. They are brothers. The smaller one is Jax and the chubster is Chip. They are indoor so please do not let them out (they usually won't try). They will try to get in your room. Please do not let them in as I try to keep the room as pet free as possible!
