Features a TV, full-length mirror, blackout shades, bedside tables, and a rollaway bed — ideal for added flexibility. Bedroom 2 – Top of Stairs Queen bed with TV, closet space, full-length mirror, and blackout shades — a cozy and convenient setup. Bedroom 3 – Second Floor Twin-over-full bunk bed with TV and closet. Includes a kid-friendly sitting area with poufs, curtains, and a rollaway bed — perfect for families or extra guests. Bedroom 4 King bed with TV, lounge chair, and bench. Connected to a shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom, ideal for paired guests. Bedroom 5 Two queen beds with TV and access to a shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom — great for groups or friends sharing a room. With multiple entertainment areas, spacious design, and a relaxing outdoor setup, this home is perfect for families, friends, and group getaways. **ABOUT OUR HEATED POOL** Our pool can be heated year-round! During the coldest days of January and February, it may take a little longer to reach the set temperature, so thanks for your understanding. While it won’t get as warm as a hot tub, the pool is usually maintained around 85ºF from November through April/May. Please note: 1. Pool heating is available for $50 per day. 2. Heating availability may depend on outdoor temperatures. 3. Heating is available upon request. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home, including the resort-style pool & spa, private movie theater, game room, and all indoor and outdoor living spaces. The kitchen is fully equipped, and all bedrooms and bathrooms are private for your comfort. We have one closet at the top of the stairs locked for our cleaning team. Other things to note Guest will be required to sign a renter's agreement. The agreement will be sent via email and SMS upon booking under Five Star Vacation Home Rentals. Guests who have zero reviews will be required to settle a $500 security deposit, which will be held and released 5 days after your stay, assuming there's no damage in our unit. This will come from Five Star Vacation Home Rentals, LLC. We also charge a minimum of $150 for an unapproved late checkout. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500. NO PETS allowed in this property. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM to help keep the neighborhood peaceful. You’re welcome to enjoy the outdoor areas during this time - we just ask that conversations stay at a lower volume so everyone can relax and enjoy their evening. Note: There is a $500 fine for any noise violations / unapproved events.
