Duplex in Broadway, Va

Janella House is located in a quiet neighborhood in the town of Broadway, Virginia in the scenic Shenandoah Valley. We are 13 miles to JMU, 11 miles to EMU, and 19 miles to Bridgewater College. There are so many things to do nearby such as hiking, golfing, skiing, thrifting, visiting caverns, wineries, and breweries. We do allow dogs. However, there is a 30 pound weight limit per dog. The fee per dog is 60.00. The space Janella house is a two bedroom two full bath duplex with an open floor plan that accommodates four guests. The master bedroom has a king size bed and full bath. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and access to the bathroom in the hallway. The kitchen is well stocked, if you prefer to cook your own meals. We provide tea, coffee, sugar, and creamer. The living room has a reclining, leather La-Z-Boy sofa and leather rocker recliner so you can kick back , relax, and enjoy your favorite shows on the Roku TV. There is a dedicated workspace with Wi-Fi and a small TV to use as a second monitor. The HDMI cable is provided. There’s a quiet space for reading or napping in the “cabin” room located in the back of the duplex. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the deck in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening in the sitting area in the front of the house. The driveway will accommodate two compact cars or one SUV. Street parking is available. Guest access Guests have access to the entire duplex except for the garage. Other things to note Self check-in after 3PM. The door code will be provided 24 hours before arrival. Maximum of 2 dogs allowed. Weight limit is 30 pounds each. Fee per dog is 60.00
