The space Welcome to the newly renovated twin on Highland Avenue in the heart of Kutztown! We’ve spent over a year fully renovating this beautiful 1910 twin row home. New appliances, HVAC mini splits, walls, & ceilings are throughout the home. While nearly everything is new, some things are not like the doors which tend to stick because of the thick paint built up over the last 115 years. If a door won’t close completely, try using a little more force but know they will not close completely. Same goes with opening it; put your shoulder into it! The bedrooms are separated down the hall so aside from middle of the night bathroom calls, you likely won’t hear each other while sleeping. Our favorite rooms are definitely the reading nook and the front porch and we hope you enjoy a cup of tea or coffee or glass of wine in either space to start or end your day! Guest access Downstairs guests have access to the living room / dining room combo, full kitchen, reading nook, & half bath /laundry room. Upstairs please enjoy the master suite, small kids friendly bedroom and full bathroom. One bedroom and the basement will be locked and guests will not be able to use.
