Higley Flow Loon Landing

Loon Landing is located on the beautiful Higley Flow reservoir. near the Adirondack Park for beautiful views, boating, swimming, the hiking trails, ski slopes and cross-country ski trails. There is dock space for a boat and kayaks. This is a place to relax, enjoy the water and scenery. (Not for spring break). We prefer a 2 night minimum stay. The space There is a gas grill, efficiency kitchen with microwave, air fryer, Keurig coffee maker and apartment size refrigerator. Also features a cozy living room with electric fireplace and large screen tv. The bedroom has a queen size bed and also has a large screen tv. There is a 3/4 bathroom with a shower. Wifi Hulu Netflix available. Guest access There is a private entrance to this downstairs apartment. Other things to note We are located 30 minutes from SUNY Potsdam, Clarkson University in Potsdam NY. Also 30 minutes from SUNY Canton and St. Lawrence University in Canton NY.
