The Drifter is a thoughtfully designed studio tiny home that blends modern style with comfort, featuring custom furnishings, large windows, and a bright, open feel that makes the space feel bigger than its footprint. Inside, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay — a fully stocked kitchen, all linens, soaps, and towels provided, a 50" Smart TV for streaming, and blackout shades on every window for complete privacy when you’re ready to unwind. Step outside and the experience expands. The massive lake-facing deck is perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks, while the Blackstone grill makes outdoor cooking easy. You’ll enjoy complete privacy during your stay. There is another house on the property, but it is not occupied or visited—it is only used for larger group bookings that include this tiny home as a guest suite which you can find online if looking for a bigger accommodation. Located just minutes from new shopping centers, grocery stores, Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, and large parks, you’ll have both convenience and seclusion in one stay. Guest access Access is easy—no keys to keep up with. You’ll receive a private code before arrival for seamless entry. You’ll have full access to the tiny home and the entire 2-acre lakefront property during your stay. No shared spaces—just you, the lake, and plenty of room to relax. Other things to note 🕸️ Spider webs outside? We de-web and treat decks and porches regularly, but spiders can rebuild a web in just 30–60 minutes. Lake life! ⏰ Can I check in early or check out late? We already offer THE most favorable check-in/out times compared to other local companies. We follow our standard times to allow for proper cleaning. Requests may be available during the off-season, or if it's not a same day turnaround. 🔥 Is firewood provided? No—but local grocery stores sell bundles right out front. Grab a lighter too, as they tend to disappear and we don’t stock them (liability). [DISCLAIMERS] - A maximum of 2 pets are welcome at this property with an added fee. Bringing pets without prior approval from Wishlist will result in a $250 fine per pet. - Please note that parties and events are not permitted at this home. - Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. Violations are subject to a $250 fine. - We strictly enforce occupancy and noise limits, as the county can shut us down. Fines start at $250 and go up from there per violation, with the right to evict all occupants with no refunds. - Government-issued ID and a security deposit, when required, will be requested after booking. - Any form of credit card fraud will be reported and prosecuted to the fullest extent.
