THE SPACE Cozy downstairs apartment with private access, dedicated parking, and kitchenette that sits on 20 acres w/ easy access to Athens and 3 miles from OU campus. Hiking trails & room to roam. Located on a dead-end road. Free WIFI. Not suitable for parties. This is a 1 bedroom w/ queen, 1 bath with a second twin bed that can be set up, if needed. Self-check in with easy keypad electronic lock. The entire apartment is yours. Smart TV so bring your passwords. Easy parking w/ paved path. The space We are a working honey bee farm with chickens, dogs and cats. There is a variety of wildlife that roams the property including turkey, deer, squirrels, possums, and an occasional bobcat. There are 20 acres of trails of varying terrain with areas to sit and relax. The trails do get muddy and can be steep in some areas with slippery footing. Guest access Access to the space is a private entry via stairs with easy parking via the driveway circle. The lit paved walkway to the left of the front door leads you to the stairs. Other things to note We have 2 dogs, one large and one small dog that are friendly but will initially bark.
