To keep the property safe and enjoyable for everyone (including our dog), please follow these rules: 1. House-Trained Only Dogs must be fully house-trained. Any accidents must be cleaned immediately. 2. No Dogs on Furniture or Beds Please keep dogs off couches, chairs, and beds. Bring your own pet bed or blanket if needed. 3. No Unattended Dogs Indoors Do not leave dogs alone inside the house unless they are crated. 4. Clean Up After Your Dog Pick up and properly dispose of all pet waste in the yard and surrounding areas. 5. Keep the Gate CLOSED at All Times The property is fully fenced for your dog’s safety. The gate must remain closed at all times to prevent dogs from escaping and to keep stray animals out. 6. Supervision Required Outdoors Even though the yard is fenced, dogs must be supervised at all times while outside. 7. Yard Time Must Be Coordinated We have a resident dog named Anna, and we want all dogs to stay safe and happy. Communication is required to prevent dogs from fighting. Please coordinate with us to schedule yard time so dogs are not outside together unless agreed in advance. 8. Prevent Damage Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog, including digging, scratching, chewing, or stains. 9. Excessive Barking Not Allowed Please ensure your dog does not disturb neighbors with continuous barking. 10. Keep Dogs Clean Before Entering Wipe paws before coming inside, especially after rain or muddy conditions. 11. Flea & Tick Prevention Required Dogs must be up-to-date on flea and tick prevention. 12.
