If you are going to check in after hours please notify your host in advance. If you need a late check out please ask the front desk the day before check-out. Any changes to the reservation after confirmation ( including name changes ) will cost $100 change fee There are stairs to and in all suites and a 24-hour front desk. Ground floor requests are accepted based on physical or medical needs. Parking is limited to two vehicles per suite, and the resort is not able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs, and trailers. TTY Kits available for guest use During your stay Please feel free to communicate with the front desk for any essential needs, or resort information you might need. The resort front desk concierge can also help you with extra towels! Check-in is at 4pm :) Most times you can get an early check in ( if your room is ready). If you arrive early you can call the resort and ask them when you can check in and if you can get a text/ phone call when your room is ready. You can also drop your luggage off at the front desk in a safe secure location and utilize the resort at your leisure until your room is ready for check in. Late Check Out is allowed up to 11am ( call the resort front desk 24 hours in advance of your check out date and ask for the later check out time) You can also drop your luggage off after check out at the front desk and have them hold your luggage and continue to utilize the resort at your leisure until your departure.
