Portland and Salem are also within easy reach for day trips. Inside, the spacious layout is designed for gathering and relaxation. A large gourmet kitchen with updated appliances, generous counter space, and place settings for twelve flows naturally into the living area and formal dining room, creating the perfect setting for shared meals and conversation. The living room features rich leather seating, a grand wood burning fireplace, and large windows that frame views of the beautifully maintained grounds. Throughout the home you will find handcrafted furnishings collected during the owners’ travels through Montana and Southern Oregon. The main level primary suite offers a king bed, elegant furnishings, and private patio access where you can relax beneath the stars. The en suite bathroom features custom stonework, a clawfoot soaking tub, a spacious shower, and double vanities. Upstairs you will find the Saddle Up Suite featuring a king bed and its own private bathroom with a beautifully tiled walk in shower. Two additional guest rooms and a bunk loft provide flexible sleeping arrangements for larger groups or families traveling together. The upper level also includes a spacious bonus room designed for gathering and entertainment. Here you will find games, a custom wet bar, comfortable sectional seating, a large Smart TV with streaming capability, and expansive eastern views across the valley. Outdoors, the property invites you to slow down and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Relax in the six person hot tub, gather around the outdoor fireplace, grill dinner on the BBQ, or unwind in one of the many quiet corners across the property. During warmer months, guests can cool off in the pool before settling in for a peaceful evening beneath the stars. The owners live onsite in a separate residence known as the Hen House and take great pride in caring for the land and raising Gypsy horses. While they respect the privacy of guests, you may occasionally see them around the ranch and they are always happy to share their knowledge of the property and the valley. The home and outdoor areas surrounding it remain completely private for guests. Located between Newberg and Wilsonville, the property feels wonderfully secluded while still being only about fifteen minutes from Newberg, Sherwood, and Wilsonville. The home sits at the end of a scenic gravel driveway that winds through the countryside. We recommend traveling with a vehicle while visiting the valley, though transportation can also be arranged through our private service, Pinot Car Wine Tours, for wine tours and dinner outings. Important Note: • Family items including baby gates, high chairs, pack n plays, yoga mats, air mattresses, and outdoor games such as bocce ball and croquet are available to rent upon request. • Pool heating is available from September-May by advance request for $200 per day, plus applicable taxes and fees. Please request pool heating at least 48 hours before your reservation start date so our team has time to properly set it up. Once scheduled, pool heating is non-refundable. Requests made after check-in may be subject to additional fees. • We welcome up to two well-behaved dogs with a non-refundable fee of $100 plus taxes and fees per dog. Any dog added after the booking is confirmed will be managed through the resolutions center. We kindly ask that pets remain off furniture and are not left unattended unless crated. Guest access The home and outdoor areas surrounding the home are completely private to guests. Owners live on-site in the Hen House and maintain the property and horse arena. 🏊Pool Hours: 8 AM - 9 PM The Fire Table is currently not working. The pool is currently closed for the winter season. We will reopen it when weather and seasonal conditions allow. Other things to note • Agreement to House Rules Required The primary guest must read and agree to the property's Terms & Conditions listed under “Things to Note - House Rules - Additional Rules” prior to booking. These guidelines are in place to ensure a smooth, respectful experience for all guests and help us care for the home and neighborhood. Booking confirms your acceptance of these terms. • Guest Count & Additional Fees We kindly count every heartbeat in the home as a guest—this includes infants and children of all ages. Our home is carefully maintained for comfort, safety, and appropriate occupancy. Please ensure your reservation reflects the correct number of guests at the time of booking. A fee of $50 plus taxes and fees per additional guest per night will apply for any guests beyond the number originally booked. While Airbnb may not automatically include infants in guest counts, our house rules do require them to be included. • Baby Amenities Family items, including baby gates, high chairs, pack n plays, yoga mats, additional kitchen appliances, and outdoor games, are available to rent upon request. • Pool heating is available from September-May by advance request for $200 per day, plus applicable taxes and fees. Requests made after check-in may be subject to additional fees. • Mid-Stay Cleaning For reservations of 10 nights or more, a mid-stay cleaning is required at the cost of $550.00 plus taxes and fees. An additional cleaning will be scheduled for every 10 nights thereafter. Guests are responsible for these cleanings, which are due 30 days prior to arrival and billed after booking confirmation. This ensures the home stays fresh and well cared for throughout your stay. • Dog-Friendly (Dogs Only) We welcome up to two well-behaved dogs with a non-refundable fee of $100 plus taxes and fees per dog. Any dog added after the booking is confirmed will be managed through the resolutions center. We kindly ask that pets remain off furniture and are not left unattended unless crated. -Unauthorized animals found on the property constitute a material breach of this agreement and will result in: A $500 fine per unauthorized pet, per occurrence, and Full reimbursement for any additional cleaning, damage, remediation, or loss of future rental income resulting from the violation. • Other pets are not allowed at this property. If you are traveling with a cat or another type of pet, please notify the Property Manager before booking so we can help recommend a home that may better accommodate your needs.
