Calm assured… Learn to do nothing The space An old house that we renovated with eco-friendly materials. The insulation is at maximum, cool in summer and temperate in winter. The thick walls keep it cool, so there's no need for air conditioning. Guest access The ground floor is bright and functional, with open spaces including a kitchen area, a large dining table, and a cozy sitting area. The bedroom on the ground floor is the coolest, with its private bathroom. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a large relaxation area with a sofa. Ideal for a family with children, each with their own space. The view from the house is wide and expansive over the Rennes basin. The gite is a 100 m walk from the village.
