There is no lake access from this house, but if you've got friends near by, or want to take a short drive to the public launch on Sand Lake or another nearby lake, you've got options! The space Cozy 3 bedroom 1 bath cottage with queen beds in two bedrooms, and a twin in the third. Professionally cleaned after every booking. Dining area with seating for 6, as well as an outdoor patio and Weber gas grill. Lawn games and indoor games available for your use. Guest access There is a keypad lock on the main entrance door, allowing for a keyless experience for your stay. Ample parking available for 3 cars. The driveway is big enough to park a boat trailer so you can take your boat to the Sand Lake public launch (1/2 mile from the house) or one of the other nearby lakes. The pole barn is not part of the rental listing. Other things to note We live in the area and will frequently be available during your stay.
