Villa Histria in Kavran, near Krnica, is a modern house that offers a breathtaking view of the beautiful green landscape of eastern Istria on the one hand and the Kvarner Bay and the island of Cres on the other, stretching over 950 square meters of fenced private land. This beautiful villa is located on the ground floor (160m2), with swimming pool (32m2) and can accommodate up to six pepole. The space Two bedrooms are air-conditioned and fully equipped. Each bedroom has a double bed (180x200) and a satellite TV. Single beds (90x200) or baby beds can be placed in the bedrooms. Each bathroom has a hair dryer. One bathroom has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, cloth dryer rack. The living area consists of: living room with two sofas and a TV-SAT device, dining room with a table and 6 chairs and kitchen, which has various appliances that facilitate food and drink preparation, such as a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave oven, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob cooker (plates: 4).
